\nA desk that suits one person’s routine can feel wrong to someone who keeps different
\nhours, and the difference usually shows up after a week rather than on the first day.<\/p>\n
The most common advice is to start with the chair and the light, then adjust
\neverything else around them. A chair that supports the lower back changes how long a
\nsession can last, and daylight from the side rather than from behind removes most of the
\nglare people try to fix with brighter lamps.<\/p>\n
Storage matters more than it seems. Anything used daily should be within reach without
\nstanding up; anything used monthly should be out of sight. Keeping that line clear stops
